Irresponsibility of staff

I have purchased LG mobile GM200 from THE MOBILE STORE, APEX MALL, TONK ROAD, JAIPUR.

Along with the mobile a scratch card, is provided and I won Rs. 250/- as assured gift.

I filled the scratch card (along with xerox copy of warranty) submitted to Mr. radhyashyam.

Now he had lost the card and not giving any contact nos. of his seniors for the complain.

Why MOBILE STORE employ such an irresponsible person?

Who will pay my Rs. 250/-?

Why he is not giving contact nos. of MOBILE STORE seniors?
