Repair set under warrinty period

Sir,

I am Prodipta Paul stayed at Faizabad, UP.I purchased W350i (IMIE NO 357744020398964) on 21/12/08.I found some problem in my set. On 15/03/09 I returned the set to SINGH BANDHU CELLUAR SERVICES at Faizabad. Today is 13/05/09 I have not received the set. They told me that My set does not returned from Delhi. I am very upset Abut services of SONY ERICSON.

I think The set Has mejor problem so Please arrange me a New set.
