Mobile Zone Shop people lost my mobile which was given for service

Hi,

I would like to know procedure of filing the complaints aganist Mobile Zone in Bangalore location, as they have LOST my mobile which was given for servicing in the month of Feb Now on 18th April They do not have any update on my Samsung e840 Mobile, everytime I call them one person will respond to me saying Harsha (Owner) will call me in 30mins, till now I have never received a call from them to know the status of my mobile,

on 4th April one person called me and he told me that my mobile which was given for servicing he LOST that mobile, when I asked him about how and give me more details he is not ready to talk to me, he said he will call me in one weeks of time, till now he didn't call me or when ever I call he is not picking up the call,

Now they are not responding to my mobile calls, when I visit there no one will attend to me properly, I am unable to speak to Owner which I was trying to from past 2 months,
