ABN AMRO CREDIT CARD HARASSMENT

I am sheikh abu ertaza -my credit card number is- 5239 5042 0135 5370, i used my credit card for a transaction of rupees 60, 810/- on september and converted the whole amount into emi and the proposed emi amont from bank side was rs3355/- @ 2.95% per month interest.

but they r charging @ 42% per annum, from the begining only they didn't send me a single statement regarding my payment details, then i called up customer care then they advised me to contact noida people, because of their centralised system they can't help me from bangalore.

even though i'm making payment on regular basis before due date, still they are charging late payments charges.

i visited ub city in bangalore to resolve the dispute but they disappoint me.according to them my payment is not regular.

currently i'm jobless and informed them also but they dont want to here me.

accordingto them i need to pay- rs 3355*24emi=rs 80520/- i've paid rs45000 but they r telling my outstanding amount is rs51000/- evev they are sending their recovery agent to my residance address. pls help me to solve my problem as soon as possible.
