Espected sir,
my name is A Suresh Rao and i am a credit card holder of your bank for freedom credit card since 3 years and i had a good
relationship from so many days. hence from yhe third year i am facing many problems from your bank as i used to like the relation before
one year i stopped spending from my credit card but after i pay the repayment amount till six monts but the amount was still showing
to pay as high it was shown before and every month i get a total amount bill with high late fees and high intrest, i pay every month the
due but i dint pay two monts due as some of the person call me and promised me to pay revise the late fees and all extra charges, but it
dint happen i called the call center and registered for this but it din't happen so long nay how i am not in the way to pay all the due
as ther is no due in my account and i am not helpless to pay in future as my job is not with me so long and i am working in a small compney
so if i develop i will pay the future . i even want to say that i had got many calls from your agents for many monts speking very rudly and
using bad words as it broks my picture and even my family.
