Model Art located in Forum Mall, Bangalore sold me a defective scale model of a car costing Rs. 6000/- and are refusing to replace it. They are also refusing a refund of the cash.

Details - On the 22nd of October, I had ordered a scale model costing Rs. 6000/- from Model Art Bangalore. On the same day, I transferred the Rs. 6000/- amount to Model Art's Standard Chartered Bank account. On the 23rd of October I received the model. When I opened the parcel, I found that the expensive model by Auto Art was badly damaged. When I called them up immediately on the same day, the person from Model Art denied everything I said and also refused a refund and / or replacement.
