Dear Sir,

I have purchsed a Sansui TV Model -CTVS2S21 -Sr. No.980807010217504190 from your Authorised dealear Bhsirava Electronics, Tumkur - District, Karnataka State, India on 11-09.

Regret to inform you that the above CV has not been worked properly even 10 days form the date of purchse.. I Have contacted the above dealer and he told me to bring the tv to his shop after 5 days he has given the same to be after repair saying that some ic got fault and its. On the next day onwards I am facing the same problem and even I am not getting proper setrvice from the dealer. Being DOA case I need a replacement TV against this.

Hope you will do the needful other wise I would be compelled to move out for leageal terms against the dealer.

Pls confirm ASAP and solve the problem immediately
