Godrej Cooling problem

I have bought refregirator double door 4 years back. We have faced a problem on Apr 19 we have called the toll free number and registered the complaint. Technician visited us on Apr 22 and said I can't touch your freeeze cause it is switched off and didn't report back to the company. He came back again on Apr 23 and said the freeze is working only 70% and need to replace the compressor and fill the gas and left without doing anything, but took inspection charges of Rs.350. Apr 25 we had another technician visited us for inspection stating that no report pertaining to our complaint was submitted back. Apr 27 he came and changed the compresser and filled the gas and didn't even bother to check if it is working, we see that instead of cool air we are getting hot air from the freeze. It is extremely frustrating to followup calling the customer care very poor response and till date no technician has come to correct the problem. We have been calling them atleast twice a day. The Godrej reputation is at stake.
