Coming to the point I bought HP DESK JET J 4580 Serial No. CN850121CP on End of Nov (less then 3 months) for home use with my HARD EARNED Money and hardly able to use it, in Month of Dec (just 8 printout hardly, the same cartage are still in use came along with the printer that shows the uses) and due to some demise in the Family I was not in my house for the month or so in the absence unfortunately something gone wrong with the unit, when I tried to use it for my work, I found it not detectable by my PC and as such launched my compliant with HP Customer care on 13.02.2009 (complaint no. 8021665617) and one of the technician visited me on Sunday 15.02.2009 and checked it thoroughly and found no clue why it is not working, so he told me the unit will be replaced and he informed me the bulb is not moving and misguided by telling me, he will talk to his senior and get back to me, but there was no response and when I contacted "RT OUTSOURCING SERVICE LIMITED" they informed me that the warranty is void as the printer is physically damaged. It was a shock to me. I requested to check in this matter and again the new technician came and he made the statement that this printer is suspected to damaged by the rats & it is not in warranty any more and asked money for the same.

I am helpless at this point of time as to what shall I do. This damage is not done intentionally and in my absence but I am sorry to say my hard earned money turned out to be one junk box of no use now. I can only request you to help me in this regard

I can only leave this matter up to you and request you to bring this matter to the Hp company of this small end user with your kindness.

In hope that at least this matter get some attention.
