1. I have taken a connection of internet in sep. starting from the time of installation the power supply takes 10 to 15 min to connect the internet with local area. I have reported a lot of time.bsnl persons says that you should purchased new adopter from the market.

2. The power supply of phone set was also made faulty with in 15 days.mic of set is not working in mode free hand.

R/ sir kindly give the directive to your sub-ordinate to replace both the items as soon as possible. with regards
