Fraund on Credit Card issued Under my name

Hi,

Some time ago I applied for a credit card from a Abn Amro bank... after some time I received a call from collection department of ABN AMRO bank asking for the outstanding amount.. I was shocked that I havent received my credit card which I applied 6 months ago from the call. The collection officer told me that there has been a fraud against my credit card. After some time the case was resolved. But few days back when I applied for a loan the bank said that my name is appearing upon the defauler list i told them what happned with me. But they overlook the statement and rejected my loan. I dont Know why did ABM AMRO has put my name in that website though Im not a defaulter. I can not apply loan from any of the bank. This is ridiculous that ABN Amro Bank is following such practices. I would like to highlight this issue so that any other peson may not fall in such situation. Abn Amro has Third class services.
