Unprofessional way of collection

I had a card and got a settlement of 115000 for the credit card, this was for 6 monthly installments. i could not pay the last installment of some 20000. then after a month on an agency called info services representing them come and tell me that the balance amount is converted to EMI scheme and then pay 11000 for 4 months. i paid three months, then i got suspicious and asked this guy (Prashanth- prop) for a written commitment stating that with the last installment my account comes to a close. then this never happens and he kept saying trust him.

then i managed to get the nos of some ABN guys -direct and they confirm that this is bullshit and nothing like this is going to happen.

now they said they are applying for a fresh settlemt and the mena time the agent is harrasing me for min payment and the bank has no clue.

please suggest
