Optional things made compulsary

This refer to my transfer from Indore to Alwar, I'd submitted the Termination Voucher of Indore & accordingly asked for the connection here in Alwar. I required only Gas Cylinder & Regulator but forcely the person of Modern Gas Agency compelled me to take New Gas Pipe, Apron & Gas Lighter along with Hot Plate Cheque. I requested that I need not to have all this but he charged me for New Gas Pipe & Hot Plate testing. All this was done on 13.10.2008 & I was given the bill for the same except hot testing & it was told to me that it is compulsory but afterward I came to know it is optional. Till date the same had not been done & accordingly I want my money back from the same agency. Even the gas delivery these people are committing after 15 days of booking. As of now, no shotrtage of gas is there. So the deliveries must be with in a day or two. I think there are lot of things going wrong in that agency. You should look in to & revert back to me accordingly.
