Egarding the debarring my account without the prior information

My number has been debarred without my information even though i have made the payment at the right time. This made me to huge money loss without my phone usage. An it took 24 hours to get resolved. It has not been givern propert information by the persons in the customer care. I am filling this complaint with a high imporatance.
