I am customer with Mohanil Gas Service. It is most frustrating to get through to them on the phone. The phone is all the time coming engaged. After continues redialling one gets through after two hours. The most disgusting part is that even on getting through no picks up the phone. It has been like this for last two years. Its a nighmare when I have to place a demand for cylinder. Will some one in the management get us better service. We pay for the gas and no one is doing a faovur. As a customer it is my right to demand better service.
