Unusable condition of Used Ca

Hi,

I have bought a Maruti Zen Vxi 2001 model from Mohan Motors E.M.Bypass Kolkata branch in the month of January. The outlook of the car was maintained but the car is too bad in condition. Withing 3 months the lower body of the car is discovered as totally broken, the air-conditioning is not working, the engine is polluting with a lot of smoke and the engine-oil si leaking. When I approached the dealer they said they will reapir it. After keeping for almost 3 weeks, I came to know that the car is in the same condition except the broken body was replaced. Now I am not able to get my car repaired since the condition is such that it can't be repaired. I have been cheated by the Mohan motor - Authorized Maruti dealers of Kolkata and the entire money is waste. I want to return the car and get my money back, please help.
