Late delivery of gas rude behaviou

Dear Sir,

The gas agency mentioned above has two telephone connection which is always going busy or nobody picks up the phone, they never supply gas on time. I had booked the gas before holi but the gas was not given, on Saturday i had sent the driver with the empty cylinder they said the gas is finished send on Monday but gain the delivery was not given. The staff is so rude that they don't want to listen to our problem. Today again the cylinder was not given the man was made to wait since morning on the pretext of the truck is coming with the refills. I fail to understand how can they behave like this with the customer.

Kindly take strict action. They don't even refund the money if we collect from the depot, they charge the same money. They are cheating the customer.
