Efunding of money

I want to withdrawl my iit classes from momentum academy and i have given them 72000 rupees at the time of admission but now i want to discontinue my iit classes due to my personal problems and need refund so i have asked them for the refunding but they give me silly resons of not giving my refund they use to say me of giving good facilities but i not need any facilities i need my refund.

i want to withdrawl my iit classes from momentum academy because i am not able to live properly in nagpur i usually use to get loose motion, stomach pain, headache at any time and no one is there to take my care because i use to live in a to-let and use to eat mess tiffin since i am from wardha which is 80kms. away from nagpur and there is no my any guardian there.

so i wan to come back wardha and prepare for aieee in wardha along with my college studies

i gave them a lumsum installment of rupees 72000 cash

so i request to take a proper step towards it as fast as possible
