Why returned back my premium payment cheque

Dear Sir,

i am having ur money back policy. Details are as follows:

Policy No: 905872457

Date of Commencement of policy: 28/09

plan & term : 75/20

Sum Assured : 50000/-

i have paid my premium on 14/06. after that i have another notice for premium and i also send primium through cheque but they refused my cheque and inform to me that policy lapsed.

So please give me policy status.
