Loss of money from account rg

Sir,

I started a Trading account @ India Infoline kozhikkode branch (Client No. JAFARP22) depositing Rs. 5500/, but I could not start trading there. Now my account has been transferred to Vatakara where company's new branch is opened in July. When I approached Vatakara Branch office for trading, I came to know that trading was done at Kozhikode branch and my account contained the share of MIRCELECTRMIRC ELECTRO 61 QTY.No one from the branch had contacted me before trading. I lost Rs. 4500/ due the irregularities done @ kozhikkode branch. I brought this issue brefore RAJESH, the TM and The Branch Manager. They assured me that they would look into the matter and find a solution. Then, I gave a wriiten complaint to The Branch Manager of Infoline Office, vatakara and TM, kozhikkode. I didn't get any reply in this regard.i request you to take necesary steps to avail me the lost amount.
