Non receipt of assured free gift

I subscribed to Mail today in February and was assured of a free gift: Personalised Visiting card holder

I sent an E-mail earlier and received a response stating I must wait for few more weeks since it was too early to start complaining. Sadly, I could not retrieve the copy of that mail. However, today I spoke to Mr Amrinder who was kind enough to hear my grievance but I would like to document my submission in writing as well, hence this E-mail

Since my subscription commenced on 3 April (confirmed by Mr Amrinder) it has been more than 12 weeks now (almost double of the higher limit) than the promised time frame.

I am very dissatisfied and shocked on such lethargy by a corporate group which must set standards for others to follow.

And yes, the assured gift was one of the prime reasons I subscribed the magazine and would not rest till the needful is done.
