Monginis
Ordered veg received chicken Paneer Patties

There is one Monginis shop at Virar West near VIVA college, next to More shop. I purchased one Veg Paneer Patties from the shop and they gave me a chicken patties insted of veg one. When I took a bite or two I realized that there are chicken pieces into it. When I showed it to my friends who were there with me they also said that its a chicken. When I showed it to the salesperson over there he started arguing that its a veg one and was not even ready to appologise. No one would ever expect to receive such a poor service from a big brand Monginis. I want some action to be taken on that shop.
