Abusing and harassing customers with no reasons

My card no. is 5415382331902130. I want to draw your attention subject mention above that I have got a serious accident before few months ago and missed my job, now there is no any source for my income. I have spend my all balance money on my treatment.
Further I want to say that I have make mail to ABN customer support for settle my account more than 7 times. After making much mail I have got a call from Rakesh Suri (which is collection manager of ABN AMRO, Civil line, Jaipur) to settle account. I have told all the condition that now I am not able to make payment now, kindly give some time to arrange money.
But Mr. Rakesh is start using abusing language that " you have to submitt amount today at any rate other wise It will be harmful for you" and after some time His team members Mr. Vikarm singh and some more called on my mobile and start giving warning and abusing. They also told that "they will come at my home and will tell me What they can do".
They regularly come at my home and hrassed my family member used abusing language, give them warning to harm.
KIndly tell me what should i do in this conditon.
I as customer request you to plase solve my problem as I had never expected this from a World class Bank like ABN Amro. And also there is a humble request that please dont keep employees like MR Rakesh Suri who although being at such a nice position behaves like illetrate and harrass customers.
Request you to please help to provide enough time to submit my settlement amount.
