I have Booked a consignment from lucknow to Bangalore POD no 239508461 on 28.05.2011 but this consignment could not deliver so far and as per tracking report this consignment reached on 02.06.2011 at your banglore office.
Kindly explain me why did this consignment could not deliver so far.
