CHEAT

Mr. Rohit Anumakonda approached for resume services and was forced to pay for resume services of US$323/- with al FALSE PROMISES & DECEIT tactics. I informed them that I am unable to avail the services (after payment) and requested for refund, as I had to pay huge medical bills due to the hospitalisation & brain attack of my father.

Mr. Rohit informed that he has taken the approval for refund, and will refund at the end of the month of June11. Till date despite my mails and telephone calls, there is no response. Now he does not even respond.

I feel the company is like SPEAK ASIA, and would cheat people by making false promises, more so the Hyderabad office.

I want to file a case of CHEATING, DECEIT, FALSE PROMISES against the company. I would request, if any others are also victims of this company, we shall jointly file the case which would strengthen.
