ABN-AMRO credit card
Threatining me!

I had a ABN-AMRO Credit Card, which was for 1 yr. and during that 1 year i submitted my card payment on time. and when I was not interested using it anymore I surrender it.

I destroyed my card.

But after more than a year on 18 –Nov I received a call from Delhi Number and he told me that he is PA of Lawyer Suresh and Today at 3 pm, they will file a case against me in Delhi Court. I already complained in ABN-AMRO

Suresh as he told me his name, and said me to deposit a amount of 59000 and surprisingly when I had surrendered it, it’s limit was 22000 or 18000.

So, plz guide me what I can do if he again disturb my peace of mind
