Respected sir good morning,

we run at every month tamil monthly magazine to in my subscribers, so we can regist at RNI from delhi. The rni officers all are licence will be given to me so we will send it the magazine to via post, but at the same time we are apply for R.M.S POSTAL LICENCE, but still now no any answer to me so please kindly request to you please give the postal concession licence to me as early as. iam already applied for more than 4 months back we are subbmit to all certificats so please concider to my application, thank you very much.
