I had been receiving monthly pension of Rs412/- against my Annuity no27254 through ECS system regularly for the last 3-4 years. But all of sudden it has been stopped wef 1-09.
On 12-09 I have received a letter from Manager (p&GS) to send him the EXISTENCE CERTIFICATE
duly verified from my Bank Manager enabling him release further payment to me.
Accordingly I confirm having sent him the said certificate by registered mail on 14-09.
I also sent the scan copy of certificate and my forwarding letter via email on14-09-09 which is unacknowledged till date. I now wish to know that when my payment will be released and why such action to stop payment has been taken prior to any intimation to me
