The Incharge of SBI Crredit Card,

Sir,

I am holder of sbicard wants to request to please sent me monthly statement. I have complained many time on your toll free no, even sent complaint in this complaint form. But since June I have not received any statement. Your complaint officer told that they will sent the statement on my mail or by post and I will receive it within seven days. The same thing is told me atleast 10 to 15 times, but no statement is been received. I want to cancell my sbicard because of such bad service given by you. I also think to complaint to Consumer Forum about this. How could I make monthly payment. I am paying Rs. 3, 000/- every month since from july but there is not much more difference in my balance. How could I know that what charges you are leving on me.

Please sent me the statement within seven days as I want to discontinue my sbicard and please donot let me to go to consumer forum.
