MONTHLY STATEMENT
Non-recipt of monthly statement

Inspite of repeated reminders and giving my email ID. My account statement is not being sent. except that an SMS is sent that your statement has been sent on mail ID. WHICH IS A FALSE statement. I have requested that from theday one details of my card utilisation and payment and interest charged be intimated. But concerned are just sleeping. Statements have not been recoinciled inpite of repeated requets and reminders
