Stop sending monthly statement

Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that My Sbi card number is 4317 5750 2456 0618. I have closed my account by making the last payment on 23/01/09. fir Rs.8259. cheque no. 774139 dated 23/1/09.but still I am recieving the monthly statement. Kindly stop sending the monthly statement. Kindly see this issue very seriously.
