Oad band services closed down when advance money is there

My broad band services from Airtel at my andheri office is closed down by them since last 6 moth they are cheating us and selling virus product which they dont know how to setup in computer

They are charging in bills when they dont install properly

how can they stop the services of broad band when we have already paid the advance money of broad band

more problem that no body responsible there and dont care also

register my complaint and send to airtel mumbai office and delhi office

Its just cheating
