Amount of PF not received

Dear Sir,

This is in reference to my PF A/c no: RJ / 8242 / 4039, I had made a claim for the PF through my Ex Employer M/S Mordi Textile & Processors Ltd. Mordi, Rajasthan. According to them they had sent my filled up form on 2nd March vide letter no. 10486 to Udaipur sub regional office. But till now I have no information. Even in internet which was updated on 16/04 showing, my claim not received by the PF office.

As I need my PF badly, I want to know the status for the same and when I can receive my amount.

Kindly do the needful.
