Reimbursement of money charged extra wrongly

I made a transaction on 10th January, 09 at More supermarket, Mehdipattnam, Hyderabad.

I used my card to pay the bill, the vendor swipped the card and said its not working. so, i paid in cash.

But in fact I was charged in initially my card. I have complained them the next day, and my money has not been reimbursed till now.
