Found glass piece in Feasters Butter Meltz biscuits manufactured by Bonn foods and marketed by More (Aditya Birla)

I found a sharp glass piece while eating the product Feasters Butter Meltz biscuits, bought at More departmental stores, Kodigehalli, Bangalore. The glass piece could have injured me fatally or I could have even died. I am thinking of taking the matter to the consumer court.
