Paid two times for same material

from this shop day of jan 26 i bought some material at cost of Rs 401/-.I paid by my debit card but print was not came that’s why manager told me that you paid by cash if debited from your account we will pay.that things happen so I complaint to that manager but he did not maka me any respond.so i paid twice bye debit card and by cash.after of that i gave written complain to that manager.but he did not took any action to refund my money.

please suggest me what can i do.
