Bad customer service and worse condition of more outlet in ramamurthynaga

I am a usual customer of MORE outlet Ramamurthynagar. Nowadays Customer service has become worse here

Almost all items are covered with dust. if touch anything hands will be of dust,

I dont think some one is cleaning it (really bad condition)

The billing service is worst4 systems are there many atimes only 2 will work and had to stand in long que to get things billed.

Also the way they treat customers is really bad. i have seen this with only this outlet other places its good.

Billing people are not trained and always there is messup

Such a bad service from a group like aditya birla is bad
