Non repayment of fixed deposit

I had placed 2 fixed deposits of Rs.20000/- each. The deposits matured on 05-02. We had sent the original deposit receipts to the company for prepayment in 8-05 when the company defaulted on the interest.

We have not received the repayment till date or the interest due from 1-1 to 5-2.
