Morepen Laboratories Ltd, New Delhi, India has not paid my Father &

Mother MrPrabhu Lal Paliwal and dev Kunwar Paliwal of

Rs. 22076/-, due on 23/10, against Fixed Deposit No 1250N & 1251N.

The money is unpaid till date.

I have copies of several reminders letters, sent alongwith

medical history, old age & illness proofs to Chairman & MD,

Morepen thru Regd letters in year 2006& 2007 by my Father & mother.

THE COMPANY DID NOT PAY money till.
