Please take reference of my letter dated 11.06.2005 to you in which I have requested you to kindly repay the proceeds of my deposit FDR No. DL2DX30161 dated 12.02.2002 due on 7.01.2005.

I have also applied to you through “Application for hardship cases for the month of July 05 and Feb 07”. You have verbally and also on paper committed me for payment of the said FDR, but I am sorry to inform you that till date no payment has been received by me so far. Many times I tried to contact your office personally and also telephonically, but no proper and satisfactory reply was given to me, which is very shameful for a reputed organization like yours.

Hence, this is to inform you that kindly look into the matter and repay the proceeds of my deposit with interest till date.

Your early action and reply shall be highly solicited.
