Misuse SBI debit card

I had purchase a Grocery on 01/05 from More stores, Kharghar sector 02, Little world mall of Rs.367.58and handed over a SBI debit card at the counter (Staff no. 1007512) transaction no. 27068 at around 08:30 pm The card was swipped thrice and i was told that the money was not being debitted online. So i made a cash payment. However when i went through my bank statement i found that the money was debited. I tried to convey my compliant to the staff supervisor Mr. Tushar Dhumal but did not get the proper response from him. He said that the SBI bank is at fault. So a opted to go to consumer forum.
