Rice bag not delivered

I have place an order of rice bag first quality rate MRP Rs 940 / 20kgs at more supermart No:4, K.K.R Nagar, Madhavaram High Road, Madhavaram, Chennai 600060 on 10.6.2012 around 7.30 pm as on date they have not delivered, i wrote and gave my delivery address on the bill with my contact detail, like rest of the leading supermarket they are not use to give one spae bill of the procurement, asked for the spare bill where us more people refuse to give spare bill they told at the time of delivery they will give the bill, yesterday when personnel to check the status they are not able to trace the bill bcoz if see the billing section quite horrible, it look like pan shop, all the billing document kept under key board, already put a mail couple of day before regarding this issue no respond for contactus@morestore.com", "abrl-inst.sales@retail.adityabirla.com", feedback@morestore all are sitting mum no replay for ever complaint lunch through email at least they should send tracing number that also not happing with more, feel like no more to pour into more because of the very poor customer service
