Moser Baer Rewritable DVD is not working

Respected Sir,

IN 6th May I am purchase 1 Moser Baer Rewriteble DVD. I am Using 4 time and then it is not working.

When I am write DVD in my PC message shown to me "Please Insert Disc" So, I am going at retailer's shop He asked me that we are not give any warranty in DVD & he give me 1 mobile no. I am calling mobile no. (2nd person) retailers Disributor, he said me 1 address
