Dear Sir,

Myself Devjit Sarkar from Jalandhar, Punjab.

On 19/10, we brought a Moser Baer MP3 Player (MP 565-2G) @ 1800/- & Kingston 2GB Flash Drive @ 400/- from Ravindra Electronics, Phagwara Gate, Jalandhar City, Ph- 0181-2239758, Tin No. 03481078720.

Next day when we asked/confirmed from Moser Baer Co., they told us the product MRP is 1490/- & it is also available at market @ 1300/- to 1400/- & Kingston Flash Drive is available @ 350/-. But shopkeeper refused to return us extra charged money & abused us.

So we are forced to complaint against him.
