Moserbaer pro writable cd
Cd space capacity printed on cd is 800MB but original space available only 702MB

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have purchased four moserbaer pro writable 800MB cds from "Mercy Electronics, Arcot Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 24 on today.

When i checked the cd space total it has only 702MB whereas printed on CD is 800MB. I have informed to Mercy Electronics but they told me that we could not take back the cds. I requested them to check these cds in their system but they refused to do that also. However, they have charged me Rs.14/- per cd.

Pls take necessary action against this cheating.
