Company not willing to return

Sir

i purchased a pen drive of the said company outlet in a ITfair at Bhubaneswar orissa with 5 years of warranty, .but that is not working at all. So i contacted at their office at saheed nagar office. they did some thing .but that was of no use.that pen drive is not working .i'm not able to open that nor format that.now the company people are not willing to replace it

Hence i need u to do guide me for my future steps.
