Shop owner sold replaced motherboard

Dear sir,

i brought assembled pc from "sysnet computer nehru nagar, bhilai, chhattisgarh, india" and i had some problem in motherboard "asus P5RD1VM 915", therefor i told them then they

try 2 or 3 time and after that sent the motherboard for replacement and given me "intel 865" motherbord for use. many time i asked about motherboard and they said we will informe u when motherboard come, after about 1 year i went there for some problem and i asked about motherboard and i staff member told me motherboard had came and owner of shop sold that he tell me this before week. i want my motherboard, what can i do please tell me.
