Expiry dated milk supply to consume

Sir,

when i recevied a milk (6 liter), who was expired before i purchased that. so i complaint for that. My complaint number is 3020. the area manager (Dinesh Kumar Rana, Contact no-9873569594) come to my home & said that the shopkeeper has authority to sell the expired milk after the expiry date, Mother dairy has no responsible for that. So he can't take any action against the shopkeeper for that purpose.

Kindly look into the matter, solve this problem as soon as possible because that person (Dinesh kumar Rana) encourage the shopkeeper to sell the expired product of mother dairy.
