Shopkeepers are charging 50p more than the MRP printed. When asked for bill they deny it. Please help me take action against it. It is not one but almost all shopkeepers in Mumbai Malad west area who are doing that. They want 50p extra for cooling the milk. Why the hell do we need to pay for their electricity. Please take action and cancel their licenses. I hope for a speedy and immediate action.
