Charging Rs 2 per lt above MRP

I am a resident of Andheri East, Pump House, around Nirman Towers. We are required to pay Rs 2 per litre more than the MRP to the retail shops selling mother dairy milk or for that matter any other company's milk. It seems that they have formed a cartel and are making us pay higher than the MRP.The reason given by them is that they get this milk at the printed MRP and are selling at Rs 2 per litre more than that as their profit. I would request you to check for yourself from shops near Royal store around Nirman Tower.

It is highly unreasonable when there are advertisement that we should not pay above the MRP. The company can do something and make arrangement to supply milk to consumer at MRP.
